We are a fun, energetic, and knowledgeable staff that loves what we do and will strive to make your lighting experience as easy and as much fun as possible. Many of us have been in lighting for the majority of our adult lives and have made it a career! We truly love the work we do and the clients that we serve.
Pine Lighting can offer competitive packages based on your requirements. For larger projects, we include a complete service including a site visit and/or help with your lighting layout. We also provide consultation on style, fixture colour and suitable light levels for every lighting project. We do our best to provide a seamless and stress free job no matter what size the project.

Andrea Cracknell
OWNER
Andrea started out at Pine Lighting one month after moving to Victoria from London, Ontario in 2007 after finishing a degree in Kinesiology at the University of Western Ontario. What started out initially as a much needed job - turned into a life's passion for bringing light into people's lives. Starting out knowing virtually nothing about lighting, to quickly becoming sales manager and outside sales to now, finally owning the store in 2013. It took a lot of hours and love of what she does to achieve her dream of owning a store.
Andrea continues puts tireless hours into making sure the store runs as smoothly as possible and is constantly trying to find new ways to create a fun and exciting place for the staff and for all the clients that walk through the door.

Randy Wilkes
ACCOUNT MANAGER
Randy has a huge wealth of information and experience having been in the lighting industry for over 30 years. His focus is on larger projects - working with contractors, electricians, and designers. He does everything from multi unit projects to commercial spaces, new builds and everything in between. We are very excited to have Randy on board with us here. His wealth of knowledge of the lighting industry - from all sides - is absolutely the best in the city.

Josh Dingwall
SHOWROOM MANAGER
Josh started out in our warehouse, but eventually moved to the sales floor and is now our Showroom Manager. Josh is very personable and carries a wealth of knowledge that comes with seeing job sites and fixtures in many of the projects we have done over the years, as well as listening and being involved in so many aspects of lighting. Josh is the most dependable person I have ever met, very hard working and aims to please in all he does. Josh is indispensable, he keeps the showroom looking amazing, running smoothly, makes us all laugh, and keeps us all young!

Phil is such a great asset to our team and we are excited to have him here. He is constantly finding ways to increase his knowledge daily at such a fast pace it makes all our heads spin. He is a sponge for knowledge and always willing to search tirelessly to find the right light for the space or situation. He brings his kindness, excitement and eagerness to work every day, which makes our store a better place for us and our customers which are just a few of the many ways that he is so great!

Chad is one of the hardest working and loyal humans we have ever met. Never a complaint and we have yet to see him have a bad day! Chad has come up with so many ideas on how to run things more efficiently and productively. He also brings an element of fun and laughter to our group with his jokes and sense of humor. Chad is irreplaceable and we are constantly wondering what he will come up with next to make us laugh or help make all of our lives and therefore our clients lives easier. He as been an incredible addition to our team in so many ways.

Jon Lang
Jon is an incredible assent to our team here at Pine Lighting Victoria. He is incredibly organized, has a great sense of humour and strong work ethic. Jon brings with him a wealth of knowledge and worldly travels, he was born and raised in Scarborough then Lindsay Ontario, but then traveled the globe on several occasions. When Jon is not working he is an avid reader, film buff, college football fan, and incredible conversationalist.
